Former Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and lead prosecutor in the successful retrial of Erik and Lyle Menendez, the Cotton Club Case, and other high-profile trials.

David Conn litigated 150 trials before a judge or jury. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, and has led investigations into organized crime, police shootings, and official misconduct.

David Conn is now a partner in the business law firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP in Century City. His practice includes criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, and general business litigation in all courts throughout Southern California. 

Prior to joining the firm, David Conn was head of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Special Trials /Organized Crime, and Major Crimes Divisions. An accomplished trial attorney with more than 20 years of courtroom experience, David successfully prosecuted some of the most complex and highest-profile criminal cases in Los Angeles.
