“Fahrenheit 9/11” $2,500.00 Essay Contest Rules


Entrants must have seen the movie/documentary “Fahrenheit 9/11”

Entrants must be Michigan high school students entering their senior year this fall

Essay must be about the movie/documentary

Essay must be typed, double spaced and not longer than five (5) 8 ˝ x 11 pages

Essay must be submitted no later than Tuesday August 31, 2004

Essay can be mailed to: Fahrenheit 9/11 Essay Contest (Clearly marked on envelope)

Judging will be done by JACK LESSENBERRY (M.A.University of Michigan) Lecturer of Reporting and Feature Writing. Mr. LESSENBERRY is an award winning journalist, Professor, Lecturer, Reporter and Feature Writer for numerous local and national publications.

Winner: Announced on Friday September 10, 2004.
